Our York County Habitat for Humanity has 23 pallets of unused asphalt shingles that are too brittle to be used as roofing materials. They are looking for a company interested in recycling them as paving material. There would be no charge for the materials but interested party(ies) would have to pick up and haul them because Habitat for Humanity is unable to do so.
